I got another update on Aug 26 telling me they needed to work with Yodlee and it would take some time but they were working on it. I replied saying I understood and they replied thanking me for my patience. Xero uses a 3rd party bank link system called Yodlee – and so fixing the issue is taking some time. I reported the issue on August 20th – and the issue isn’t resolved yet, so I’m manually downloading transactions. If you haven’t had the absolute delight of reporting an issue to Intuit/Quickbooks about a problem with their software, then you’re very lucky.
